Gifts to Berklee Music Directors Association contribute to...
The Berklee Music Directors Association (BMDA) is a vibrant, student-led organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of music directors. With 27 active members, we provide a space for collaboration, learning, and professional development, connecting students with real-world insights from industry leaders.
Since our founding, we’ve operated almost entirely without club funding, yet we’ve still managed to host 10 incredible guest speakers—including some of the most respected music directors, arrangers, and producers in the industry. These events have been made possible through sheer determination, resourcefulness, and passion for our craft. While we were fortunate to receive club funding for one event, most of our work has been accomplished on our own.
This Giving Day, we’re raising funds to help cover accommodations, such as travel and lodging, for future guest speakers. These funds will allow us to sustain and expand our programming, ensuring we can continue to bring valuable opportunities to our community.
Your support will empower us to grow, inspire, and elevate the art of music direction, building an even stronger network for current and future Berklee students.
Thank you for believing in the BMDA’s mission and helping us create lasting change!
