BoCo Tap Club

Hello! We are The "T" BoCo Tap Club!

BoCo Tap Club emphasizes the importance of Tap dance as an art form, career path, culture, community, and as a valued piece of history by providing Tap classes and Tap performance opportunities to BoCo and Berklee students. Our mission is to unite those who share a common passion and appreciation for tap dance and its origins. BoCo Tap club vows to pay homage to the pioneers of Tap by creating authentic pieces of Tap choreography and inspire future generations of Tap dancers by spreading our knowledge of Tap dance and its connection to Black history. We are a mighty group of 90+ tap dancers from BoCo/Berklee, and though we have multiple other small performances throughout the year, our most-loved community appearance is our annual BPC Tap Show that usually takes place in February! We are awestruck at the growth of this club, and hope to use any and all future funds to support our efforts of bringing this art form to the BoCo/Berklee community & beyond.

With the funds raised, we hope to support a myriad of opportunities for our club as it evolves, and the community it supports. From supporting our annual BPC Tap show, to funding educational opportunities including but not limited to master classes, competitions, visiting tap shows, collaborations with other local tap clubs, and community outreach, any and all donations will be used to benefit our Tap community & sharing the love of this art form.
