Gifts to Berklee Students for Justice in Palestine contribute to...
Hello! We are the Berklee Students for Justice in Palestine, a club advocating for the liberation of the Palestinian people, the dismantling of the genocidal state of Israel, and the amplification of Palestinian voices at Berklee and in music as a whole. Since 2023, we have organized countless open mics, teach-ins, presentations, art builds, protests, and many other events in solidarity with the Palestinian movement around the world. However, for those kinds of projects to continue, including upcoming projects such as benefit concerts with Palestinian music ensembles, partnerships with outside leftist organizations, and original ensembles of protest music, we need extra funds. With those funds, we plan to:
- Buy club equipment for our music ensembles of protest/Palestinian music
- Buy supplies such as tote bags, bracelets, and shirts for our art builds
- Optimize outreach through more high-quality merchandise/propaganda
- Host esteemed guests associated with the fight for Palestinian liberation
- And more!
Thank you so much for your continued support and solidarity with this imperative, universal movement. Follow us on Instagram (@berkleesjp) to stay updated on meeting times and events!
