Where Sidewalks Whisper Jazz

Where Sidewalks Whisper Jazz is a street performance campaign, launching in Harvard Square (10 Church St, Cambridge) in 2025 and running yearlong. The busking performance features keyboardist Charlie Zhang and trumpeter Jack Li—both high schoolers from the Buckingham Browne and Nichols School.

Through a shared passion for jazz and community, this initiative seeks to raise funds to support students participating in the Berklee Valencia Contemporary Arts and Music Program in Valencia, Spain. Over the course of the year, we hope to bring live jazz to public spaces, connect with listeners from all walks of life, and help aspiring young musicians pursue their creative journeys
